Tropical Ecology & Ecopsychology in Costa Rica (Spring 2023)

Tropical Ecology & Ecopsychology (BIO 3117 - 1 Hour lab course)
BIO 3117 can count towards the core life science requirement (a lecture course is also required, a lecture section of TEE will be concurrently taught, but another BIO lecture may also suffice, talk to a biology advisor if you have questions).

Additional information: This course addresses concepts in ecology using tropical habitats with a particular focus on rainforest and coral reef environments. Emotional and spiritual connection to the environment is explored through immersion in tropical habitats.
Note: The class and lab are optional for participants in the tour. Students can elect to join the trip without enrollment in the class/lab.
