Special Circumstances Confirmation

Thank you for submitting your Special Circumstances Form to the University of Dallas.

Please submit your tax information by using data retrieval on the FAFSA. Alternatively you may also submit your tax information by sending us a signed copy of your Federal Tax Return or Tax Return Transcript. Special Circumstances will not be reviewed without this information.

Make sure to submit all supporting documentation if you did not attach it to this form. You may:

1. Upload documents by logging into your BannerWEB portal. Once in, click on the “Financial Aid” tile, click on the “Financial Aid Documents” button, and then follow the instructions for uploading your document(s).
2. Send documents to us by encrypted or password-protected email to finaid@udallas.edu. The password should be sent in a separate email.
3. Fax documents to us at 972-721-5074.
4. Mail documents to University of Dallas Financial Aid Office/1845 E Northgate Dr/Irving TX 75062. 
5. Drop documents by our office in Cardinal Farrell Hall, first floor.

Once we have received all necessary documents for the special circumstance(s), your information will be reviewed. You will hear back from us regarding the status of your financial aid within two weeks via email.                        

PLEASE NOTE: August is our peak busy time and complete forms with all documentation submitted during that time frame will be processed within three weeks of the date of submission.
