Why I love UD/Why I Recruit for UD: The University of Dallas offers a rare opportunity to follow the Catholic Tradition and to dive into western civilization in the classroom and in Rome. The UD education shapes and forms the human person’s perspective to see the world’s beauty, the human person’s mind to think critically so as to arrive at truth, and the human person’s actions to live virtuously in a way that students naturally flourish in their careers and their lives. The University of Dallas unlocks the world’s opportunities for its students in a unique and beautiful way.

Favorite Spot on Campus: Haggerty Art Village

Where Do You Hang Out in Dallas?: Deep Ellum and any of the numerous walking trails in the city

Favorite Book:  Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky

Favorite Place to Eat in DFW: Two Guys from Italy

Favorite UD Event: Groundhog

Favorite/Coolest Place I have Visited: Deep woods camping in South Dakota, where I saw the entire Milky Way in the night sky!

Advice to Prospective Students: Ultimately, your college decision is a decision that determines your home and your community for the next four years as well as your teacher and guide in your educational pursuits. If you consider all that UD has to offer (location, study abroad opportunities, athletics, the Core Curriculum, Rome and much more) and consider what you bring to the table, then it will be easier to see if you want to make UD your home and launching point into your career and your life.
