College.}

The University of Dallas Gupta College of Business has partnered with Collin College to offer the Catalyst Admissions Pathway, an alternative path to graduate business education for experienced professionals without a completed undergraduate degree. Designed for individuals with at least eight years of work experience, including two in a supervisory role, the pathway evaluates applicants based on professional experience. Candidates must also submit undergraduate transcripts (if available), a personal statement, and three letters of recommendation.

Alternative Path to Graduate Study

^{Collin College alumni with an associate’s degree, can pursue a master’s-level business
education even without a completed undergraduate degree. Catalyst students complete
the same courses, with the same faculty and graduation requirements, as students admitted
through standard graduate admission. The diploma and transcript are identical, and
the Gupta College of Business’s AACSB accreditation applies equally to all graduates.
The only difference is the admission pathway and application submitted.}

Work Experience Based Admissions

^{A pathway built around your career - Applicants are evaluated primarily on their professional
experience.}
^{If you have a minimum of eight years of work experience, and at least two of those
years came in a supervisory capacity, and you have not completed a bachelor's degree,
then you qualify to apply through the Catalyst Pathway.}

You enroll in the same graduate courses as every other student in your program, with

enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience. Before applying, you can schedule
a no-obligation appointment with an Academic Partnership Program Liaison or Graduate
Admissions Counselor to discuss the application process, your professional experience,
and the program that best aligns with your goals. Catalyst admission provides a pathway
to the MBA, with any concentration, or to the MS programs in Accounting, Business
Analytics, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or Financial
Planning. All programs require 36 credit hours.}

Automatic 20% Tuition Scholarship

^{All admitted students receive a 20% tuition scholarship, known as the Collin College
Scholarship. If eligible for additional scholarships, the highest award you qualify
for is applied automatically.}
