University of Dallas Email accounts are created by an account creation process. For students, this process occurs upon acceptance into the University through the university Student Information System. Faculty and Staff accounts are created when Human Resources submits an IT ticket.

If you are locked out of your account, please send a request to support@udallas.edu. Be sure to provide your full name and your university ID# in the request.
