Why did you decide to pursue a graduate degree in cybersecurity at UD?

One of the main reasons I pursued a masters degree at UD was that it’s an NSA Center of Excellence, offering one of the best programs in the country. Additionally, a graduate program in Cybersecurity from a reputable business school not only equipped me with the technological and know-how of the industry, but also offered substantial insights on how cybersecurity businesses are evolving.

Tell us about your experience in your internship.

For my internship I took the role of a Project-based Security Analyst Intern Role with an NJ based consulting company. The internship was one of the most significant experiences, as it helped me apply what I learned at school in a professional and practical manner.

What was your favorite part of the graduate program at UD?

My favorite part at the University of Dallas was the core value of “Experiential Learning”. When I look back at when I started the program and upon completion, the experiences UD offered, in terms of class-room learning, social and professional events, being part of high-achieving sororities, really helped me grow on a personal and professional level.
