FAME is a multi-component nutrition education and skills building program delivered to families attending food pantries in Dallas, Texas. FAME is designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of food pantry clients in order to improve health and nutrition for food pantry clients. FAME is funded by a pilot award through the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and is made possible by the efforts of medical, clinical nutrition, and public health graduate students.
