When Things Need More than General Support; we can connect you.

Sometimes, you need more specialized support than general assistance can provide. Our team is here, ready to connect you to the right resources and ensure you get the needed help. While we don't list primary care and traditional outpatient services due to the sheer number of options available, we are more than happy to provide specific referrals tailored to your needs. Whether you're seeking non-residential specialties or detailed information on local healthcare providers, just let us know, and we'll supply you with a comprehensive list.

If you are looking for off-campus health providers, there are several places to start. If you have insurance, you can call the patient representative and ask for providers for your specific search that are covered and accepting new patients. You can also look at online provider listings, such as Health Grades, Psychology Today, CatholicTherapists.com, or others. Either way, if you need help navigating the options we can help point you in the right direction.

For now, we'll look at major health systems, where you can usually get most of what you are looking for. Explore the nearby health systems, all just a short drive from UD, where exceptional care and services are within your reach:

The Dallas Medical District (or Medical Center) is accessible from the DART Orange Line, from the UD Dart rail stop to the Medical/Market Center Dart-Stop or a short drive across Highway 114 to Inwood Rd. Here is a comprehensive list of the Major institutions and facilities within the Center, covering a wide range of medical specialties: American Heart Association, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Children's Medical Center Dallas, William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, Texas Women’s University (Dallas campus), UT Dallas Callier Center, Center for BrainHealth, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Dallas, UTHealth School of Public Health in Dallas, and others nearby.
