Our supportive offices focus on providing safety and care, building confidence, improving academic and communication skills, and developing emotional intelligence. Our programs emphasize real-world skills and tools you can use in and out of the classroom. From walking through time management struggles to understanding what isn't working with effective study habits, from basic well-being struggles to mental, physical, financial, and spiritual health struggles toward overall well-being, we provide the resources to navigate college life more efficiently and prepare for your future career, instilling a sense of preparedness and confidence. Stress and dysfunction are common challenges faced by college students. At UD, we prioritize your well-being by offering you a range of services and supports to provide you with a sense of relief and reassurance.
